Safety Training Services began in specializing in Human Factors training in 2002. In 2003 we developed and taught a CRJ 100/200 & 700/900 CAT II maintenance training program and RVSM program for COMAIR. We then developed a CRJ 100/200 and 700/900 Transport Canada Approved program.

Rene Lalumiere, president of Safety Training Services, was a Human Factors speaker at the 19th FAA/ATA Human Factors International Symposium in September of 2007. Our Human Factors program is approved by the USA Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). We’ve developed a Human Factors program for the medical field paralleling the ErroMed program developed in Queensland, Australia. We have instructors that have specialized in Human Factors and can adapt the dirty dozen to any work environment from manufacturing to security.

Our four week CRJ 100/200 and 700/900 Maintenance Training course is approved by Transport Canada. We also offer specialized training on specific CRJ systems to enhance specific technical skills.

We deliver Human Factors-Risk Management training for aviation across north America. We are also providing the same adapted training for several Hospitals in Quebec.

Our President, René Lalumière, and consultant, Jacques Tendland, combined workforce experience totaling over 50 years.  We can create, modify and/or tailor any training program to meet all your requirements.

We are completely mobile and ready to deploy to your location.  We have delivered CRJ training in Spain, Africa and North America
