We are all human and unfortunately a common characteristic of being humans is the fact that we commit errors.

The Human Factors workshop is dedicated to recognizing the most common factors that lead us to mistakes. Review of in-depth accident/incident investigation reports has shown that 12 Human Factors (the dirty dozen) resurface time and time again.

Human Factors training increases the awareness of these 12 human characteristics that lead to mistakes being made. As teams we develop safety nets to eliminate and reduce the consequences of Human Errors.
